Outpatient Claims

In addition to inpatient care, expatriate health insurance companies provide coverage for outpatient care as well. Direct settlement of outpatient care is also available with insurance company approved healthcare providers. In such instances, the policyholder need only present their insurance card at the time of treatment, and no payment is needed at that time.

Insurers will usually cover visits to doctors outside of their pre-approved network as well. In such a case, you will need to pay for this treatment up front, then submit a claim to the insurance company afterwards. Claims are normally processed within 10 days, and our claims department can help you with this process.
